Instead of regular blister card packages, we also use OPP bag, which can reduce costs for clients.

Pearl film OPP bags are manufactured from durable, flexible, impact-resistant, waterproof, and heat-resistant PP plastic material. In addition, they also keep outside influences like temperature, light, chemicals from damaging the goods inside.

Our standard OPP bag is self-adhesive printed pearl film OPP bag with pearl film in both the header and the bag. For customization, clients can choose whether to keep the pearl film in these two parts.

Perforated edge is designed to keep the bag from bursting during shipment.

The plastic tray will be added for the cartridge product for better protection.

We have multiple customization choices for the box including color box, display box, white box and brown box.

Color box is the general option as shown in the picture below.

If needed to display products to customers in the supermarket, bookstore or other retail sites, we would recommend the display box for sale.

To reduce the cost of the box, we have white box and brown box to choose, which will be 1K printed.

Bulk Package means products in a certain amount of number will be packed in the zipper bag and then several zipper bags are packed in middle boxes. Finally, all will be wrapped up in the cartons. This method can cut down the cost to some degree, but it still has some drawbacks as it does not apply to every item due to different model designs. The potential damage during shipment needs to be considered at the same time.
